What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?
A Virtual Assistant works independently at an arm’s length, via the Internet, utilizing the latest technologies, to provide immediate professional support, services and skills to busy agents and brokers' Partnering with a VA reduces stress, protects cash flow, eliminates administrative hassles, and enables Real Estate Agents to find the success they originally set out to achieve.
What are the costs of having a VA compared to a full time employee?

| Fringe Benefits* @ 35% | $07.00 | None |
| Overhead Rate** @ 50% | $10.00 | None |

Insurance, Worker's Compensation, Overtime Pay,

So how does this make sense? A Virtual Assistants pay
is higher then the employee's rate yet it will actually
cost you less. With an in house employee you have office
space and equipment to buy or rent, insurance and taxes
to pay. A Virtual Assistant pays for the costs of doing
business themselves.
Another way that you save is the time on task. With an
in house employee you are paying them an hourly rate
even if there is no work being done. With a Virtual
Assistant you pay for only time specifically dedicated
to your tasks.
